Assistant Director/Senior Manager, Artiste Management (Monetization Strategy)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Senior Manager / Assistant Director to join our Artiste Management team. This role is responsible for developing and executing monetization strategies for intellectual properties (IP) and brand partnerships across Resorts World Sentosa’s core products — including hotels, attractions, and F&B. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by shaping pricing, packaging, and partnership models that maximize the value and deliver impactful business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute monetization strategies of IP/brand partnerships both existing and new innovations across RWS’s core products — including hotels, attractions, F&BCollaborate cross-functionally with product, go-to-market, and operational teams to ensure monetization strategies align with the overall pricing and packaging roadmap for key IPs and brand partnershipsLead strategic pricing analytics by deriving insights from data and market analyses to inform revenue growth opportunitiesConduct customer and market research to evaluate feature value, packaging effectiveness, and price sensitivity across RWS productsTranslate insights into actionable recommendations and present findings to cross-functional and cross–business unit stakeholders to drive decision-making and implementationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline8 to 10 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy or revenue managementRequired SkillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical business solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior managementA collaborative and curious mindset with a passion for innovation and commercial growth.
