Job DescriptionManage key projects to drive sellers’ cross-border exports across Shopee marketsPlan and implement seller programs to enhance end-buyer experiences, working closely with sellers across multiple regions.Liaise and maintain close working relationships with cross-functional and regional teamsConduct data analysis to identify trends and develop actionable strategies to drive growth in the export businessFacilitate relationship-building with different governmental agencies for cooperation on joint projects and investments to boost exportsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Management with 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of SQL is a plusGood stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong project management skills and being able to track and update progress in a timely mannerExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholdersAbility to work in a dynamic environment working with multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently
