Job Title: EHS Technician Location: 1 North Coast Drive SingaporeDuration: Initially, 1 1-year contract based on performance renewable as wellBudget: 3170 SGD BasicExperience Required: 3–5 years🧑 🔧 Role OverviewThe EHS Technician will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, responding to emergencies, and supporting environmental, health, and safety compliance programs. The role demands proactive risk management, incident handling, and employee training to safeguard personnel, property, and the environment.📋 Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to unplanned emergency incidents (medical, chemical, fire).Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification.Investigate incidents and maintain accurate records with statistical analysis.Assist in developing and implementing EHS training programs.Monitor waste management operations and hazardous material handling.Implement emergency procedures and conduct drills.Manage PPE inventory, storage areas, and consumables.Support calibration, testing, and maintenance of monitoring equipment.Evaluate new equipment/materials for safety compliance.Conduct risk assessments and review risk management processes.Oversee traffic and dock area safety.🎓 QualificationsDiploma in relevant field.Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).Knowledge of EHS programs and systems preferred.Experience/knowledge in semiconductor processes preferred.✅ Skills & CompetenciesStrong emergency response capability.Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.Ability to train and engage employees on safety practices.Analytical skills for data collection and reporting.Detail-oriented with risk management mindset.Familiarity with hazardous materials handling.
