Roles & Responsibilities Deliver 100% data integrity i.e. accurate document, clear information to customers Provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service Maintain professional and pleasant demeanor and communication Prepare customer's customization reports (According to SOP) Coordinate document between factory, customers/brokers Coordinate with local broker, GSC to get local invoice accurate and on time issue to customer to get payment on time Continue to improve the existing process in order to meet and exceed customer need Ensure SOP is followed Support customer service team on any group activitiesJob Requirements Good communications skills customer service oriented Competent in Microsoft Office Flexible, provide solution and able to work under pressure.
