In this collaborative role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet our exacting standards of cleanliness and presentationCollaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and schedulesSupervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional serviceConduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standardsManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectivenessCoordinate with other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptlyAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll for the housekeeping departmentImplement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiencyHandle guest complaints and feedback professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issuesQualificationsProven experience in housekeeping management or supervision, preferably in a luxury hotel settingBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredStrong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detailExcellent communication abilities, both verbal and writtenProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipmentUnderstanding of hotel operations and industry standardsFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality sectorAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to perform duties throughout the dayFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
