Therefore, Carlcare Service Limited wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Assistant Human Resource Officer to be based in Lusaka.Discover moreTime management toolsOffice software subscriptionsProfessional headshot photographyFinancial planning servicesRemote work technologyRemote job listingsInterview preparation tipsHR consulting servicesZambia job boardScholarship application assistanceBelow are the responsibilities and qualifications that are necessary for the role;ResponsibilitiesPerforming administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll dutiesAssisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administrationSubmitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviewsCoordinating orientation and training sessions for new employeesServing as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesManaging and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and eventsEnsuring compliance with employment and labor lawsRequirements And QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and resolve employees’ problemsFamiliarity with database systems and common HR applicationsUnderstanding of employment laws and regulations as well as industry-specific regulationsEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projectsStrong interpersonal skillsDiscretion and the ability to keep data privateCandidates who meet the above required to send their latest CV’s with the day-to-day contact on the email provided; HR.ZM@transsion.com not later than 10th November, 2025.
