Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of HR Technology located in Lusaka. The Head of HR Technology will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, implementing technology solutions to optimize HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining strong employee relations. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, designing HR policies, and aligning technological advancements with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementStrong knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws and compliance requirementsExperience in developing and implementing HR PoliciesProficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsProven ability to integrate HR technology solutions into organizational processesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in a similar leadership role is preferred
