Position: Assistant Manager – FP&A/Business FinanceQualification: Chartered accountantExperience: 1-3years post CAJob Description:Tracking and reviewing actual performance and conduct detailed analysis on margin/profitability variance against budget. Leveragereports (created by FP&A) to identify margin optimization through scaling higher margin brands/categories. Develop financial evaluation metrices for key cost metric of marketing spends. Review and analyse monthly marketing expenditures across all campaigns, channels, and categories, assessing efficiency against allocated budgets, AOP guardrails, and ROI targets. Identifying and visualisation of key P&L cuts like Brand P&L, Category P&L, loyalty programs, brand cash. Partner Categories into the Financial Roadmap for new seller onboarding, ensuring the use and circulation of standardized commercial templates for consistency across proposals. Ensure compliance with CM2 AOP guardrails for all proposals, with any deviations or exceptions highlighted and routed for CFO approval. Track and benchmark key marketing KPIs such as CPI, CAC, rCPO, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and contribution margins Collaborate with BA to create a dashboard for key metrics to support reviews. Conduct quarterly training sessions for the finance team.
