DGM/GM – Finance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our team as DGM/GM – Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial accounting, compliance, business partnering, and operational finance to lead and support key financial initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, accuracy, and proactive insights to guide business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Finalization of Accounts, including consolidation for fully owned subsidiaries in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Audit Management and coordination with Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth closure of annual and quarterly audits.Preparation and analysis of Monthly MIS reports for the Board and senior management to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) in coordination with consultants and internal teams.Provide an overview of Company Secretarial Compliances and ensure governance standards in alignment with legal requirements.Support business units in pricing decisions, contract vetting, and commercial negotiations.Play a key role in divisional business reviews, offering financial insights to support informed decision-making.Lead the Annual Budgeting process and track actual spend vs. budgets, with variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.Monitor fund position and cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and smooth financial operations across the business.Drive automation and IT enablement initiatives in the finance function to improve efficiency, controls, and data visibility.Qualifications & Experience:Qualified CA / ICWA professional.10–15 years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.Proven experience in working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MIS tools.Exposure to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors preferred.Key Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking with financial acumenStrong leadership and team management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetHigh attention to detail and accountabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProcess improvement and automation mindsetTo Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resumes via email to pushkar.jadhav@brintonhealth.com Please include "Application for DGM/GM-Finance" in the subject line.Regards,Team HRBrinton Pharmaceuticals.
