Job Description - Assistant Manager - PLMELIGIBILITY CRITERIAMANDATORYDESIRABLEEducational QualificationAME Diploma/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)ScoresMin. 60% in 10th, 12th and GraduationWork Experience -Relevant/ Total Years6-7 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline- 8 years of experience.IT SkillsMS Office, Power BI, data visualization tools, excel,Additional / Specific Licenses Required(if any)NilBehavioural CompetenciesCollaborative approach, Good Interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, Time management, Good communication and presentation skillsJob Description – Assistant Manager - PLMEnsure safe receipt of material dispatched to MRO and handover the items with proper accounting and documentation.Ensure that all the material received at MRO location are timely recorded in the system (AMOS)Ensure proper binning & tagging of Items placed in racks at MRO stores as per the aviation standards.Ensure that IGO Inventory is not mixed with MRO inventory or some other operator inventory.Ensure issuance of material from MRO stores with valid material requisition (PICKSLIP). Generate and share the daily material utilization with AMOS pick slip number.Ensure timely AMOS actions for the material consumed from IGO inventory.Ensure retrieval and binning of unused material.Coordinate with ISC team and handover the material (Serviceable/ unserviceable/ hold) with appropriate tags/CA FORM1 to IGO NAG facility. Ensure pre-dispatch pictures are captured and preserved for at least 06 months.Coordinate with ISC team for updates on the on-going C – Checks.Coordinate for material movement to/from MRO facility. Ensure real time monitoring and update of incoming and outgoing material to/from MRO facility.Ensure replenishment of the material in liaison with the ISC team.Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.Ensure that the stored aircraft parts do not exceed their authorized shelf life as captured in AMOS and are removed from shelf before its expiry.Ensure materials are dispatched with appropriate packaging to avoid CID cases during transportation.
