We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.Job Purpose:Team Member - Customer Relations supports client relationship management, leveraging knowledge of dredging operations and CRM systems to boost growth and satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & SchedulingDevelop detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.Coordinate with planning team at HO, project managers, works managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to align timelines.Monitor progress against baseline schedules and update forecasts.Production MonitoringTrack performance of dredgers, EMEs at reclamation site, daily output, and resource utilization.Prepare production reports and analyze efficiency trends.Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective measures.Costing & Budget ControlPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for new dredging and reclamation works.Monitor actual costs vs. budget and highlight variances.Data Analysis & ReportingUse Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.Provide insights into productivity, cost efficiency, and project KPIs.Prepare Project closure reports with detailed analysis.Prepare periodical performance reports of the dredgers and Project progress reports.Maintain accurate records of production, costs, and project milestones.πŸ› οΈ Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of dredging and land reclamation processes.Expertise in Primavera for project scheduling and tracking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Ability to interpret technical drawings, hydrographic survey data, and dredger logs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Team collaboration with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, procurement)QualificationsEducation Qualification:BE/BTech (Civil, Mechanical, Harbor Engineering), ME/MTECH/MBA (preferable)Work Experience (Range Of Years)3 - 10 years of relevant experience with same fieldmin. 3 years of experience in dredging industry (preferable)
