Job DescriptionIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Supervise and ensure receiving, put away, picking and dispatch operations are done as per Standard Work Instructions. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, Environment and security requirements. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure on time, accurate transactions and movement of Materials. Monitor and report the Key Performance Indicators and drive to meet the set Goals along with warehouse staff. Execute actions to maintain Accurate inventory by Implementing Cycle Count and warehouse best practices. Coordinate with logistics forwarders and share sales recognition documents in RealtimeWho You Are: You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach. For This Role, You Will Need: Achieve Inventory Accuracy Gross and Net Variances within the Targets. Ensure Materials are Protected and Retrieved Safely. Ensure Oracle transactions are carried out accurately and real time. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry. Knowledge of Valve industry or equivalent with High Mix of variables are handled. Good Analytical, Communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel, Power BI, Share point etc. Familiar with ERP WMS systems.
