Meghna Group of Industries. is looking for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Brand (Pulp, Paper, Stationery & Hygiene Products)Job Context:Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI produces diapers, sanitary napkins, baby wipes, Fresh Tissue, ball pens, and other stationery items in the MPPML and MBPAL units, along with other products under its flagship brand ‘Fresh’. MGI is seeking highly motivated, proactive, and energetic talent for its brand department. The selected incumbent will report to the Department Head for assigned duties and responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:Execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities for Fresh Happy Nappy Pants Diaper, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes, Fresh Tissue Paper, ball pens, and other stationery items to achieve overall brand strategy objectives.Collaborate with advertising and research agencies to plan and execute brand activities.Manage digital marketing and social media platforms to promote products and strengthen brand presence.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and overall business objectives.Ensure timely delivery of communication materials for BTL activities and actively participate in and execute BTL initiatives such as events, outdoor campaigns, etc.Organize events and activations as per the plan to effectively reach the brand’s target group (TG).Maintain effective communication with the factory, dealers, retailers, sales teams, and agencies to ensure promotional offers reach all relevant parties efficiently.Analyze consumer insights to support product improvements and drive innovation.Assist in handling product complaints from the market and factory, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care,PaperAdditional RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (both Bangla & English) for creative thinking, writing and storytelling capabilities.Strong analytical ability to interpret market and consumer insights.Experience managing 360° brand campaigns.Solid understanding of all digital platforms for communication.Job LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
