Shayan Resort is looking for Sales & Marketing ExecutiveCore Responsibilities of a Resort Sales Executive:Sales & Revenue GenerationPromote and sell resort rooms, event spaces, packagesAchieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.Upsell premium offerings to maximize revenue per booking.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, wedding planners, travel agents).Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.Market Research & StrategyIdentify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.Analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies.Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.Event & Group SalesCoordinate with clients and internal departments for weddings, conferences, and group bookings.Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).Ensure all group and event details are accurately communicated and executed.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales target, Customer Service, Target AchievementExperience Requirements1 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hotel,ResortFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsStrong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of hospitality/resort operationsSales experience (especially in hospitality or travel)Proficiency in CRM and booking softwareCustomer-centric mindsetJob LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1), Manikganj (Singair)
