From managing risks and incidents to supporting sustainability and employee wellbeing, SDS Manager enables businesses to protect their people and operate responsibly.Driven by technology and a commitment to workplace safety, we’re helping companies worldwide simplify EHS management and create healthier, safer environments for everyone.About the RoleKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, build, and execute email campaigns including newsletters, product updates, onboarding flows, and promotional sequences.Manage marketing automation workflows in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and ICP profiles.Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to optimize performance.Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing email templates.Monitor campaign analytics, deliverability, open/click rates, and pipeline impact.Maintain list hygiene and compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Support partner and sales teams with targeted outbound email sequences.REQUIREMENTS2–4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer io, or similar tools.Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve results.Excellent copywriting and communication skills.Experience in SaaS, B2B, or compliance industries is a plus.Detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary: 50,000 – 70,000 BDT per monthGrowth: Yearly salary review & performance progressionFestival Bonuses: Two festival bonuses per year (after 3-month probation)Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends: Saturday & Sunday)Annual Leave: 25 days annually + BD Govt. holidaysFlexibility: Hybrid work option
