Role Description This full-time role, based on-site in Shah Alam, involves overseeing and managing financial operations and reporting as an Assistant Manager of Finance. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in audits. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will support strategic planning, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the development of efficient financial processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge and skills in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Budget Management, and Financial ReportingExperience with Compliance, Auditing, and Regulatory FrameworksProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Financial Software, and Data Analysis ToolsLeadership and Team Management skills with the ability to mentor and guide team membersAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred
