We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comThe Opportunity:We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst (General Ledger) to join our team and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. In this role, you will:Prepare monthly general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly Additional Disclosure Pack (ADP).Conduct month-end and quarter-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and review balance sheets with the Finance Business Partner of the respective business units.Assist in preparation of internal and external audit requirements.Support income tax reviews for tax-sensitive accounts.Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as assigned by the Finance Business Partner.Ensure continuous improvement in daily routines, promoting innovative ideas and process enhancements.Ensure all reporting and month-end deadlines are met consistently.What You will Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. CA/CPA or equivalent qualified / partly qualified.3–4 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting, preferably with General Ledger exposure.Experience with Unibis or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.Solid financial accounting track record with project accounting skills.Ability to take a hands-on role in financial and management reporting as required.Strong focus on continuous improvement (Green Belt training preferable).What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
