Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all standard service support activities regularly across Aarong’s corporate facilities, including Centre-2 and Haque CentreEnsure all types of regular repair, maintenance, extension, modification and shifting work as per the requisition of Aarong Centre-2 and Haque Centre with all outlets, ensuring cost and time effectiveness and efficiencyManage regular reception work of Aarong Centre-2. Ensure all types of repair and maintenance of IP phone, extension line shifting of PABX line at all outletsEnsure repair, maintenance and installation of neon sign, LED sign, lettering work of Aarong Centre, and all outletsTake part in various committees (auction sale of assets committee, carton selling, department closing committee) formed as per the decision of managementEstablish and maintain liaison with relevant authorities (WASA, City Corporation, Police Station)Manage staff dining, kitchen and producer dining of Aarong Centre-2. Ensure healthy and hygienic food service in designated areasEnsure enlistment, yearly update and usage of the listed vendors of the organizationEnsure documentation (in soft and hard copy) of all administrative and procurement processesAssist in event management coordinationSafeguarding Responsibilities:Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementationAct as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environmentPractice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of actionFollow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do soQualifications:Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Management or Human Resources) from a reputed university.Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in administration/management.Salary and Benefits:Salary: As per company policyBenefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Performance Bonus, Festival Bonus, Health and Life Insurance and others as per organization policy.Job Location: Dhaka, BangladeshApplication Deadline: November 29, 2025BRAC believes that everyone we work with including our staff, programme participants, partners, and the communities have the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).
