Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

Job ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-Assist in the development of marketing contents and collateralsWork with marketing agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials, including the production, installation and removal of marketing collateralsUpdate and maintain all relevant policies and procedures, and ensure execution in compliance with the Company and statutory regulationsCollaborate with relevant departments, such as IT to ensure appropriate management and access to data to effectively deliver and execute communications strategiesOptimise marketing messages platforms to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirementsSupport cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where neededJob RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years’ experience in the related fieldProven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketingProficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plusStrong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategiesAbility to develop and execute integrated marketing communication plansAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in regulatory processes is a plusHighly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMeticulous with exceptional eye for detail and strong prioritization skillsCollaborative and motivated team player
