Senior Executive/Executive, Marketing Communications

This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-Deliver collaterals development as directed by creative briefsWork with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materialsUpdate SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as requiredSupport the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timelinePrepare reports and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiativesOptimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirementSupport cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where neededJob RequirementsMeet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of ageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldCandidates with more years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field may be considered for the Senior Executive positionProven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketingProficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plusGood understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategiesExperience in developing and executing campaigns and marketing communications plansAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in regulatory processes is a plusHighly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCollaborative and motivated team player
