We operate in a dynamic environment driven by continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven insights.SCFS Activities Are Delivered From Three ContinentsEurope (Poland)Americas (Mexico)Asia (India)Purpose of the RoleThe SCFS Process Excellence Assistant Manager supports the strategic development of integrated SCFS services and IT. You will lead process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives.This role ensures compliance with the Global Process Model and Financial Controls Framework, drives operational efficiencies, and supports global harmonization. You will work closely with regional counterparts and report to the Global PEC Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesRedesign assigned processes to create future-fit global models using simplification, automation, outsourcing, and centralization (Tier 3 model)Conduct feasibility assessments and build business case proposalsPlan, coordinate, and deliver project roadmaps aligned with stakeholdersLead implementation of major changes to global process models and capabilitiesManage change, training, and communication across UniOps and stakeholdersPerform detailed E2E impact assessments and feasibility studiesAnalyze SAP platforms and propose initiatives to improve efficiency and controlsDrive digital disruption and future-fit technology adoptionCollaborate with peers in global design for cross-workstream processesSupport operations teams in continuous improvement and design changesMaintain and govern Global Process Models (GPMs), narratives, and desktop proceduresEnsure high-quality delivery of centralized SCFS activitiesManage stakeholder relationships and governance with market operations partnersRequiredExperience & Qualifications5+ years of professional experience including team leadership and change managementStrong understanding of Supply Chain Finance processesExperience in regional/global roles with virtual stakeholder engagementDeep knowledge of Product CostingPrior experience in SC Finance (Factory, Logistics, Procurement Finance)Solid project management and stakeholder management experienceExpertise in Financial Accounting (Cost Accruals, Project Accounting)Fluent in English (Business level)PreferredAdvanced project management skillsSAP FICO expertiseSkillsStrong knowledge of supply chain processes and financial controlsProject and change management capabilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetRobust risk and controls managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsCustomer and service-centric mindsetProactive in challenging the status quoPassion for technology and digital innovationAccountability and ownershipExpertise in SAP FICO and accountingFlexibility to work across time zonesLeadership SkillsUnilever Behaviours:Passion for High Performance: Takes ownership for execution and results.
