Job Description

Main Purpose of Job To support the effective planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with company business strategies, while upholding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all company information assets. This role plays a critical part in enhancing workforce capability, compliance, and continuous improvement through structured learning and development initiatives. Principle Responsibilities & duties A. Training and Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) in collaboration with business units to identify current and future learning needs in alignment with company objectives and plans. Assist in planning, designing, and developing comprehensive training programs and modules that ensure consistent content delivery across all locations. Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, including soft skills, orientation programs, and job-specific skill enhancement. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessment tools, and performance outcomes. Identify, evaluate, and manage external training providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Organize and coordinate all internal and external learning and development activities. Curation of eLearning content, video or training material B. Policy, Standards & Compliance Support the development, review, and maintenance of training policies, SOPs, processes, and documentation to meet internal standards and external certification (e.g., ISO 9000, ISMS, EMS 140000). Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and HRDC (eTris) requirements related to training and development. Report any violation of laws, company code of conduct, or internal policies to superiors in a timely manner. C. Systems & Administration Administer Learning Management System (LMS), HRDC portal (eTris), and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Maintain training records, statistical reports, and documentation for quality improvement and audit purposes.
