As the AMM, your mandate will be to help drive growth by delivering PFC’s portfolio marketing agenda with our biggest brands and shaping the next phase of our One PepsiCo vision across the Beverages and Foods portfolios. You will also support PFC’s Sports Marketing agenda.Building strong relationships is integral to the role, as you will collaborate with multiple internal marketing and cross-functional teams, as well as external agency, league, and team partners. Use consumer insights and understanding of in-store drivers to help shape effective plans.Monitor portfolio performance on a regular basis and post gaming key programing periods, tracking and evaluating them across KPIs and business objectives.Execute sports marketing activations:Manage day-to-day planning and execution of Sports Marketing programs for PepsiCo Foods partnerships.Support brand integration, coordinate national and local display-driving programs, and help deliver on the three-year sports partnership strategy.Passion for sports is an asset.Assist in total connections planning:Support the Sr. Marketing Manager with the Full Year Planning cycle - including portfolio reviews, communications tracking & program evaluations.Partner with Insights and Agency teams to help develop and implement media and communications plans (Total Connections Planning) that deliver effective, consumer-relevant programming.Budget management support:Track and help manage budgets, including coordinating payment processes and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.Cross-functional collaboration:Work closely with both internal and external teams and partners to share best practices, tools, and programming ideas that drive efficiency and consistency across markets.Brand integration & activation:Support sports marketing integration within brand IAT plans and help execute activations for major partnership events (e.g., Super Bowl, All-Star Weekend, etc.).QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred)Passion for Consumer Centric marketing communicationDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levelsProven ability to foster collaborative working relationships. Brings different groups together to identify and align around common goals and gain commitment to deliver superior results that could not be achieved alone.Has curiosity for learning.
