Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own program timelines, build workback schedules, and deliver data-driven reporting that tells a clear, impactful story. This role blends analytical rigor with creative coordination — you’ll dive into performance data using Excel and internal dashboards, then translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with digital, creative, and ecommerce teams to traffic assets, support tactical campaign execution, and ensure seamless rollout. Ideal for a junior-to-mid-level marketer (2–3 years including co-ops) with strong program management, multitasking ability, and a passion for blending data with brand storytelling. CPG or retail experience is a strong plus. This is a high-visibility role with room to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
