They trust us for our professional excellence, industry insights, and local knowledge.About the RoleTo support business growth, KPMG is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant Manager, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and reports directly to Marketing Manager in Cambodia. The Marketing Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to support business goals in Cambodia while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing direction of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop and implement marketing and communication strategies in collaboration with professional staff across functions in Phnom Penh.Ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and support growth initiatives.Brand ManagementAct as the gatekeeper of the KPMG brand, ensuring consistent and professional representation across all materials and channels.Facilitate alignment of brand messaging across paid, earned, and owned media channels.Content Development & ChannelsCreate and manage external & internal communications, including website content, social media, KPMG Central, and media relations.Research and develop marketing tools and materials to facilitate client engagements and business growth.Event ManagementDevelop event strategies that align with business and marketing objectives.Plan, manage, and execute external events; assist with internal events as needed.Manage budgets and ensure timely execution of key deliverables, including marketing materials and communications.Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Skills & RequirementsUniversity graduate in General Management, Marketing, and Business Communications or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in professional services or a corporate environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
