Job DescriptionYour administrative functions include assisting the units in making travel arrangements, travel claims, business expense claims and petty cash claims. You will handle compilation of board meeting materials, checking on phone charges, maintaining database and filing system. In addition, you will also be expected to provide logistical support for meetings and other ad-hoc duties or projects which may be assigned. Provide secretarial and administrative support & manage calendar for CEOs/Heads Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and travel claims Assist in compiling quarterly board meeting materials Collating and printing investor booklets Provide logistical support for meeting Organise Board Meetings snacks, name tags etc. Distribution of mails for business entity team Update gifts and hospitality registry Fire wardenJob Requirements3-5 years of working experience in administrative or secretarial duties that support senior executives and teams and with at least a Diploma qualificationMeticulous and has initiativeStrong organisational and communication skillsA team player - Able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and work with minimum supervision - Proficient in MS OfficeBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMFund Management
