ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGERSection: Auxiliary ServicesDepartment: Bills Pay, Shared Services, & Auxiliary Services – Product Management GroupDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefining a vision for a product.Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products. Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.Presents and aligns the product roadmap to important stakeholders.Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.Leads and conceptualizes the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.Operates as the lead point of contact for stakeholders (of the product assigned). Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to align and collaborate on the product vision, strategy, features, processes, and prioritization.Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, technical & development, operations, marketing, and user enablement.Drive the product development process, including ideation, prototyping, testing and launch, while maintaining a focus on user experience and product qualityTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholdersCreates and refines Business or Product Requirements into formal documentations.Work closely with the scrum team throughout the product development life cycle.Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.Monitors Product Development Lifecyle process to ensure that capabilities are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and time.Analyzes customer behavior, and any available industry data to implement capabilities that will improve overall customer experience of the company’s products and services.Develops in-depth knowledge about product development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and partners, and industry trends.Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions and improving end-to-end customer experience.Should always improve, grow, and innovate the products being managed. At the very least should ensure to maintain the good performance and state of the products being handled.Ensures all important and pertinent documents to the products being managed including the artifacts of project management are organized, complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Business Management, and/or other related courses.At least two 3 years working experience in Product Management and/or Product Development (Auxiliary Services such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services)Strong knowledge of the Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and methods of development such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall, including its principles and processes.Has a balance of technical knowledge and business acumenProactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilitySharp analytical and problem-solving skillsIn-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trendsPreferably with background in Auxiliary services is a plus, such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services.
