Also, we offer training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer serviceAssist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail salesAssist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goalsSupport the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidyQualificationsTo join our team, you need:Previous retail or heavy vehicle parts industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, motivating, and developing staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the team, customers, and vendors. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage store operations efficiently.
