The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating communication within the organization and ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for the management team based in our APAC hub (Hong Kong).Record, track, and follow up on requirements and progress from key stakeholders, including the Senior Management team and the Country Manager in Uzbekistan.Systematically monitor project progress and report updates to the management team.Manage and prepare expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Provide executive support, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.Job Requirements:Proven experience in executive administrative assistance, executive support, and general administrative assistance.Proficient communication skills in both native Russian and fluent Chinese are crucial.Demonstrated experience in managing expense reports.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in the finance industry is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
