Required QualificationsMaster’s degreeMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an academic or administrative settingExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively under pressureStrong command of English LanguageDuties & ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant to the Director General (Academic Affairs) will play a key coordinating role in ensuring the smooth flow of academic operations and communication within the institution. The applicant will be responsible for following up with academic staff and departments on tasks, deadlines, and reports, and for ensuring that all required academic information and updates are compiled and submitted to the Director General in a timely and accurate manner.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with department heads and academic staff to ensure timely submission of reports, schedules, and other academic documentationTrack the implementation of academic programs, initiatives, and decisions made by the ManagementPrepare regular summary reports and briefings for the Director General on academic matters and pending actionsCoordinate meetings, workshops, and correspondence related to academic issuesMaintain updated records of academic activities, staffing, and departmental performance indicatorsCommunicate reminders and follow-up requests from the Director General to relevant departments and ensure responses are received.Draft letters, memos, and reports as requested by the Director GeneralEnsure smooth and efficient communication between the Director General’s Office and the academic unitsSupport the organization of academic events, accreditation visits, and evaluation processesWhat We OfferA dynamic and collaborative academic environmentProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesCompetitive salaryApplication Deadline: 11/11/2025
