Corporate / M&A Lawyer (Blockchain-focused) – Lisbon / Cyprus / Greece (flexible within EU/EEA)Δικηγόρος Εταιρικού / Συναλλαγών (με έμφαση στο Blockchain) – Ελληνικά & ΑγγλικάMMLaw is a partner-led boutique with a strong focus on the blockchain and digital-asset industry.We advise internationally mobile private clients, family offices and tech/crypto entrepreneurs on structuring and protecting their wealth through corporate, fund and foundation vehicles across several European and Mediterranean jurisdictions.We are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join this practice and help us consolidate and develop our Cyprus-facing work, while supporting our matters run from Lisbon and Cyprus.What you will doWork on cross-border corporate / M&A style matters for clients who are moving substantial digital/crypto wealth into more institutional and traditional investments.Coordinate with local providers to align tax, regulatory and corporate steps in the jurisdictions involved.Draft and negotiate shareholder, investment and governance documentation in English.Support the set-up and growth of a Cyprus practice line, working closely with partners.Assist on matters involving relocation and the organisation of international holding platforms.Requirements4–7 years’ experience in corporate / M&A or international business law.Excellent command of Greek and English (both mandatory).Genuine interest in blockchain / crypto and willingness to work on the structuring and regulatory side.Entrepreneurial, self-directed profile, comfortable in a boutique environment.Ability to practise in an EU/EEA jurisdiction.About MMLawWe act for clients exiting high-tax, high-compliance jurisdictions and deploying capital through EU/Mediterranean structures, often with a digital-asset component.
