The successful candidate will deliver exceptional executive and administrative assistance, handling a blend of business, personal, and financial coordination tasks with utmost confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the client and senior executives.Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange complex travel itineraries.Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Oversee banking-related tasks, including managing online payments, liaising with financial institutions, and maintaining accurate financial records and expense reports.Handle sensitive business and personal information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.Support document and data preparation for financial reviews, investment meetings, or personal projects.Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel logistics as required.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.Basic understanding of banking processes or financial administration is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Why Join BIZCOMBO LTD?Work directly with experienced executives and high-profile clients.Exposure to a wide range of industries and business operations.Professional, supportive, and forward-thinking work environment.📩 How to ApplyIf you are organized, resourceful, and confident managing both administrative and financial responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.Please send your CV and a cover letter to careers@bizcombo.om
