Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial and Accounting Support: Collect and consolidate financial data (income, expenses, receivables/payables, periodic reports). Collaborate with Accounting to control costs and budgets, reconcile data, and prepare financial analyses supporting AOP, OKR, and business metrics.Procurement Assistance: Track purchase orders and supplier contracts, verify legal documents (VAT invoices, import certificates, classification of medical equipment/supplies).Executive Support: Receive and convey the Director’s instructions; monitor work progress; prepare reports, proposals, official documents, and meeting materials; manage correspondence, email, and schedules.Communication & Coordination: Act as liaison between the Director and departments; handle communications with clients, partners, and vendors.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields.ExperienceMinimum 6 months – 1 year in a similar position (experience in cosmetics, spa, or clinic industry is preferred).Skills & Abilities- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Teamwork and independent working abilities.Organization and time management skills.Meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure.BenefitsCompetitive salary/month; paid on time; 13th-month bonus based on business performance.Annual performance-based bonusHoliday and special occasion gifts (e.g., Women’s Day, Mid-Autumn, Tet, etc.); birthday gifts; wedding and bereavement support; staff beauty service discounts.12 days per year (pro-rated).Comfortable and creative atmosphere.Opportunities for advancement to higher positions.
