Whether it’s getting a ride, ordering a meal, or paying bills, the app helps users do it all from their phones, while also supporting local drivers, merchants, and businesses.Workplace: Mapletree Business Center, Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, HCMCWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMSalary range: 10,400,000 VND GrossResponsibilities:Receive requests from team personnel in charge to create orders.Receive information from relevant teams to prepare documents.Create orders on the system and track the status of orders on the system.Follow orders and review all documents after orders are completed.Submit signature & stamp documents.Collect all documents to make payment for each order.Keep track of payment times to avoid being late.Booking monthly accrual for functional teams.Recordkeeping, send documents to vendor.Handle multiple projects and assist colleagues whenever necessary.Requirements: From 1 year of experience in admin/ accounting or other related clerk.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.Strong background in payment document reviews and record management.Strong MS Office (especially in Excel: VBA, Pivot Table, etc).Have good knowledge of office management software (ERP, Oracle, MS Office, etc.)English skill: good listening, reading & writing skills, basic communication can be accepted.Benefits: Salary: 10,400,000 VND GrossFlexible voucher (300,000 VND) monthlyFull insurance coverage (SHUI)Annual health check-upLaptop providedLearning & development opportunitiesOpportunities to work in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture
