Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDrive sales revenue through retention and expansion of the existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring sustainable year-over-year growth. Oversee the development and execution of key sales retention and alternative channel programs. Provide strategic leadership to Business Development and Retention Managers to ensure achievement of sales and business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and channel expansion. Prepare and present accurate sales reports and business insights to the Vice President for informed decision-making. Develop sales forecasts and projections based on market scenarios to support strategic planning. Review, monitor, and evaluate team performance; implement training, development, and coaching to build strong leaders across business development and retention teams. Design and recommend incentive programs and promotional strategies to improve renewal persistency and channel productivity. Cultivate strong relationships with partner intermediaries (Brokers, Agents, and other alternative channels) through training, engagement, and support initiatives. Oversee the rollout of intermediary programs and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure effective cascading and implementation of company policies, departmental guidelines, and strategic priorities. Consolidate and report customer and partner feedback to Top Management to drive service excellence and continuous improvement. Experience And TrainingMinimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales management, with a strong background in FMCG; experience in HMO or Insurance is a plus. Proven expertise in alternative channel development and management (agency, brokers, partnerships, or distribution channels). Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving aggressive growth targets. SkillsAdvanced proficiency in revenue forecasting, market analysis, and aligning sales strategies with organizational objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders. Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to navigate market shifts and lead teams through organizational change.
