Job DescriptionThe Chief Administrative Office (CAO) at Citco Fund Services (CFS) is responsible for ensuring that administrative policies, procedures, and systems are efficient, compliant, and adaptable to changing business needs. The CAO coordinates strategic and operational planning across CFS and aligns with other Citco entities.As Assistant Vice President (AVP), CAO, you will support a diverse range of strategic and operational projects, including Data Governance, Data Catalog Platform Adoption, and Data Modeling & Analytics. You will play a key role in onboarding and stewarding data catalog platforms, providing technical expertise, maintaining governance standards, and applying data modeling skills to enable data-driven decision-making and insights generation for the business unit.You should also be skilled in project management, coordination, implementation, and/or user group training. Knowledge of new technologies, industry trends, and a drive to apply innovative solutions are ideal for this position.Lead the onboarding and training of teams on data catalog platforms, ensuring successful adoption and utilization Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data catalog platforms, APIs, and automation processes Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data platforms and processes Establish and enforce data policies while ensuring compliance with organizational standards Lead data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic data initiatives Partner with IT and/or business teams to execute data-driven and AI-driven projects Perform data modelling and analytics to support business intelligence, reporting, and decision-making. Support ad hoc projects, taking on varying roles (e.g., project manager, technical lead, analyst, trainer) as required to meet evolving business needs. Monitor industry trends and best practices in data governance and technology, recommending innovative solutions.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Modelling, Data Management or related discipline Demonstrated expertise with data catalog tools including Alation, Power BI, and Databricks Proficiency in Python programming for data modeling and analysis Comprehensive understanding of data governance principles and quality management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Demonstrated business acumen and process understanding Versatility and adaptability to manage projects with varying scope and complexity. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Assets/Nice To Have Experience with cloud-based data platforms Expertise in data modeling and data warehouse architecture Experience in identifying, evaluating, and implementing practical AI applications for business processes Knowledge of industry data governance standards and frameworks Certification in data governance or related field Background in financial services industry
