Their lawyers advise a large number of national and international clients with a focus on the financial, real estate and energy sectors.The roleAssist clients on financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation and international financing arrangements (clients are financial institutions and international corporates)Assist clients on a wide range of banking & finance transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP), structured finance and securitisations.Assist financial institutions on all aspects of their regulated activities, including contacts with the regulators, application for licenses, launch of new products or services, corporate governance, compliance matters and M&A in the financial sector.YouDegree/Masters Degree in LawFluency in both French and EnglishAdmitted to the Bar ideally in Luxembourg or be eligible to be admitted1-2 years experience in a law firm in Luxembourg within their banking/finance practiceExcellent legal and analytical skillsWilling to learn and growBusiness minded with an eye for pragmatic solutionsAble to prioritise and manage effectively multiple tasksEmpathic team player
