Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer

BANKING AND FINANCE -SENIOR ASSOCIATE – LUXEMBOURGMy client, an international law firm, is currently looking to recruit a Banking and Finance lawyer of at least years 5 PQE to join their Banking and Finance Team in Luxembourg.About the FirmThey are one of the leading law firms for Banking & Finance in Luxembourg. Their lawyers advise a large number of national and international clients with a focus on the financial, real estate and energy sectors.The roleAssist clients on financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation and international financing arrangements (clients are financial institutions and international corporates)Assist clients on a wide range of banking & finance transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP), structured finance and securitisations.Assist financial institutions on all aspects of their regulated activities, including contacts with the regulators, application for licenses, launch of new products or services, corporate governance, compliance matters and M&A in the financial sector.YouDegree/Masters Degree in LawFluency in English with French and/or German being highly advantageous.Admitted to the Bar ideally in Luxembourg or be eligible to be admitted4-8 years experience in a law firm in Luxembourg within their banking/finance practiceExcellent legal and analytical skillsWilling to learn and growBusiness minded with an eye for pragmatic solutions
