This exciting role sits within our Global Brand Experience (BX) function — the team behind the end-to-end creative expression of our brands, from communications and content to packaging and design.While Häagen-Dazs will be your main focus, you’ll also have the chance to collaborate on other iconic international brands including Old El Paso, Nature Valley, and Blue Buffalo during key campaign periods. This role reports to the Global Brand Experience Marketing Manager for Häagen-Dazs and works closely with global brand, agency, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class work.What Your Role IsPartner with brand marketers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to create consumer-first communication and design that inspires and connects.Be the guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across every piece of creative and communication.Manage day-to-day execution of Häagen-Dazs Brand Experience projects, from briefing through to delivery.Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends, identifying opportunities to keep the brand fresh, distinctive, and relevant.Build a deep understanding of the brand, consumer, category, and competitive landscape to inform strong, insight-led decisions.React quickly to changing priorities and communications needs while maintaining a strategic mindset.Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners, managing multiple projects with precision and positivity.Deliver executional excellence across campaigns and BX initiatives, while managing budgets, tracking, and reporting effectively.What You Will Bring To The TeamYou’ll bring around 2–3 years of design or creative agency experience, ideally within the FMCG or creative agency space, creating best-in-class marketing communications across multiple touchpoints. With a consumer-first mindset and strong curiosity for culture and trends, you know how to turn insights and data into creative strategies that drive impact. Organised and detail-oriented, you know how to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high creative standards.You’re comfortable working across markets and functions, collaborating with diverse teams and external partners in a fast-paced, global environment. With strong analytical skills, you can interpret data and learnings to make clear, actionable recommendations.What’s in it for you?
