Job Description

The Associate Brand Manager supports the local frozen pizza portfolio, focusing on brand performance, marketing execution, and product commercialization. This role is responsible for helping to execute brand strategies, analyze market and consumer data, and contribute to product launches that enhance brand relevance, equity, and profitability in the Canadian market.Your Future• Brand & Marketing Execution: Support the execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives for international frozen brands. Work closely with agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality creative assets across channels. Coordinate activation tactics that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.• Consumer Insight and Market Tracking: Monitor consumer and shopper behavior trends to support segmentation strategies and identify opportunity areas. Compile competitor activity and retail performance metrics, turning insights into concrete recommendations.• Product Commercialization Support: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to support timely and efficient product launches. Manage packaging development timelines and help prepare internal and external product information. Assist in identifying risks to launch feasibility, including packaging timelines and customer readiness.• Campaign & Promotion Analysis: Track and analyze brand performance (e.g., Nielsen, campaign KPIs), providing input for mid-course campaign adjustments or post-launch evaluations. Evaluate promotional plans in collaboration with Sales and Customer Marketing to identify ROI opportunities. Monitor ROI and effectiveness metrics and provide input to improve future campaign effectiveness.• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment with key functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and the rest of the Marketing team. Help coordinate meetings, timelines, and project tracking for brand and innovation initiatives. Coordinate input from Sales Strategy and Execution teams to align campaign details with retail execution timelines.Your Strengths• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in CPG• Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms• Familiarity with brand management principles and consumer behavior analysis
