About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic loyalty program. This role requires strong interdepartmental coordination, operational insight, and a technical understanding of processes to ensure smooth program execution and client servicing in a fast-paced environment.This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence and client satisfaction of our loyalty program. Candidates should be adaptable, collaborative, and committed to driving cross-functional success.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between multiple internal departments including the business leadership team, solutions team, consultants, and client stakeholders.Capture, document, and validate client requirements clearly, focusing on opportunity identification and enhancement feasibility.Coordinate and follow up regularly with 5-6 internal verticals to drive program management and delivery milestones.Manage communication channels effectively (e.g., email, WhatsApp groups, calls) to maintain seamless collaboration across teams.Provide operational support for service delivery points (e.g., lounges) and ensure timely resolution of issues.Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions as needed to align teams with current processes and updates.Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach in a high-pressure work environment.Qualifications:Background in operations, reporting with technical exposure preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask and manage coordination in a multi-vertical setup.Comfortable using digital communication tools and managing group interactions.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Location: Bangalore
