Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:SkillsWorking closely with a team of UK based analysts with whom alongside your own team, you will provide excellent client delivery and support across a range of vertical markets and products. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world’s largest organisations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks. You will:Attend client workshops and support with eliciting relevant solution requirements.Gather and understand requirements, assumptions, scope is aligned to the contractual agreements made with the client.Support delivery lead with project documentation, to both internal and external parties, in line with governance.Follow Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process and Experian internal procedures.Support delivery lead with client engagements from end-to-end.Contribute to the quality reviews and governance milestones associated with the design.Support with reports for the Project Manager which they can use to communicate project status to relevant parties, both internal and external.Support with relevant issues and risks ensure all issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management.Contribute effectively to conversations, meetings and workshops.Actively seek to develop competency/knowledge of both solution analytics analysis, software, and software technical analysis.You will report to the Senior Delivery Manager/Consultant.QualificationsWhat you'll bring:Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutionsKnowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologiesAdvanced Excel (can perform complex functions) userExperience with data analysis/MI reportingBe collaborative with the various teams that you will be working with throughout ExperianFluency in spoken and written EnglishIt Will Be Considered An Advantage If You HaveUniversity degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT contentRelated experience in software delivery, software solution design and configurationWorking knowledge of XML/JSONWorking knowledge of WPS / SASFraud industry knowledgeAdditional InformationWhat you will get:Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time.Social benefits package including life insurance, food vouchers, additional health insurance for you and a family member, monthly flex allowance including internet bill coverage, sick leave allowance, corporate discounts, marriage and childbirth / adoption allowance, Multisport card, Sharesave plan, Employee assistance program, а birthday gift and many more!Work-life balance - 25 days paid vacation, 1 additional day off for your birthday and extra 3 paid days for participation in social responsibility events.Opportunity for flexible working hours and home office.Personal Development - career pathways for professional growth supported by learning and development programmes and unlimited access to online educational training courses, learning materials and books.Experian is an Equal opportunity employer.
