Your contributions will directly support Enveda’s smooth financial functioning and growth.What You Will DoProcess and manage vendor and supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records for audit and complianceEnsure timely and accurate processing of vendor and employee payments, and manage accounts payablePrepare and review monthly bank reconciliation statements, resolving discrepancies as neededSupport monthly TDS and GST computations and filings to ensure statutory complianceGenerate basic MIS reports (e.g., payables aging, expense analysis) to inform management decisionsCollaborate with vendors, internal teams, and auditors to address queries and facilitate smooth operationsWhat We Are Looking For2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and taxation (TDS & GST)Proven track record of timely invoice processing and payment managementProficiency with MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative problem-solving approachIf you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply—we may find a role that’s an even better fit for your skills and experience.If you’re passionate about innovation and impact, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement.Our Values: Curiosity | Agency | Journey | Charity | UnityBenefits: Culture | Medical | Block Leaves | Work-Life HarmonyAt Enveda, we’re building a place where everyone can do the best work of their life.
