If you think beyond accounting, you see how finance drives growth, and you are ready to build systems, insights, and structure that help the business scale confidently, we want you to join us.Key Responsibilities  Support leadership and advisors with financial due diligence and strategic decision-making. Review, reconcile, and validate financial records, statements, tax filings, and compliance documentation. Assess existing finance processes, controls, and systems, identify risks and recommend improvements. Prepare financial analyses on working capital, revenue recognition, and expense trends to guide management decisions. Lead monthly close, reporting, and budgeting activities; ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards to support business planning. Implement robust financial controls, policies, and frameworks that ensure integrity and compliance across operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, and Management) to align financial goals with business objectives. Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and tax authorities to ensure compliance and accuracy. Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (First Class or strong 2:1 required). 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with hands-on exposure to financial operations, reporting, and modeling. Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are an added advantage. Exceptional analytical, modeling, and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP). Strong understanding of IFRS, tax laws, and financial controls. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Proven ability to work independently, think strategically, and communicate clearly with management.  What We Offer  We offer an energized, upbeat environment that strongly fosters employee work-life balance. Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with senior leadership, investors, and stakeholders. Competitive compensation package Great/flexible work culture that rewards goal-oriented professionals who enjoy meeting challenges head-on. If this resonates with you, please apply here: https://zurl.to/dr4Z?source=CareerSite
