Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Admin Associate / Senior Associate to support end-to-end HR operations and office administration. This role plays a key part in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement activities, and general administrative and procurement functions in a fast-paced fintech environment.Human Resources:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.2. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.3. Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave, claims, and necessary payroll inputs with external/internal payroll providers.4. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.5. Assist in HR compliance matters in line with Malaysia labour laws (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)6. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.7. Support performance review cycles and HR initiatives as requiredEmployee Engagement & Culture.8. Plan and organize monthly fun activities, team bonding events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.9. Support internal communications and promote a positive workplace culture.10. Assist in wellness and employee satisfaction initiativesAdministration & Procurement:11. Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities management.12. Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination13. Maintain vendor records, contracts, and quotations.14. Support travel arrangements, office maintenance, and asset tracking.15. Ensure office policies and SOPs are properly documented and followedRequirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.3. Basic understanding of Malaysian employment laws and payroll processes.4. Strong experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.5. Good organizational and communication skills.6. Proficient in MS Office / Google WorkspaceSkills & Attributes:1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills2. Highly organized and detail-oriented3.
