Role Overview:The core responsibility of the HR Associate is to ensure that the day-to-day HR operations is efficiently, productively and accurately executed. The HR Associate will also be involved and support in HR projects and initiatives. The role is ideal for an mid-career professional eager to build skills across HR disciplines and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, providing HR operational support across Creador and its portfolio entities.Reports to:Head of PeopleCore Key Responsibilities:Talent AcquisitionSupporting the Talent Acquisition progress, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings. Work with Hiring Managers to follow up on the progress of hiring.To work with successful candidates on necessary pre-boarding and onboarding documentations and activities.Talent Acquisition Project: To assist and support the Senior Talent Partner in driving the project to map the end-to-end TA process, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing new tech-driven tools (e.g. automated screening, assessment software)Talent Acquisition Data Integrity & Reporting Support: Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Partner to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all recruiting data (e.g., source of hire, time-to-hire metrics) within the HRIS/ATS, and prepare/extract raw data reports necessary for TA Dashboard generation.Onboarding and OffboardingResponsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that facilitates a smooth and welcoming transition for all new hires into Creador.Support new employee onboarding programs to help them understand company policies, culture and benefits. To continuously improve onboarding process to provide new hires with positive experience. To assist with offboarding to ensure all company properties have been returned. To support with exit interviews. HR SystemsMaintain and update employee records in the HR system ensuring accuracy and very importantly confidentiality of all information related to employees (including exited employees).To ensure that all information is compliant with Personal Data Protection Acts of the countries we operate in. HR AdministrationTo ensure employees personal files are duly maintained with employment related documentations such as Employment Contracts, signed declarations, etc throughout their employment lifecycle. Learning & DevelopmentAdministration of HRDC fundsLiaison with training participants and training providers. Updating training records in Learning Management SystemProvide support on employee development needs analysisSupport in designing and executing Learning & Development Plan.To innovate learning pedagogy to incorporate technology in L&DEmployee Engagement & EnablementSupport in designing, planning and executing initiatives aimed at creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive work culture that inspires people to come everyday and feel fulfilled. To facilitate removal of workplace challenges in order for employees to feel enabled. Compliance To keep abreast with all statutory, regulatory and legal requirements that may be introduced, revised or removed from time to time to ensure we continue to be compliant.To assist with the research and preparation of announcements related to compliance for Creador and portfolio companies. OSHATo be trained and certified as Creador's OSHA Coordinator.To update our policies to ensure we operate in compliance with OSHA Acts of the countries we operate in.ProjectsTo be part of the HR project teams to ensure that all projects and HR initiatives are successfully executed.StakeholdersInternal: Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, employeesExternal: Government bodies, Agencies, Universities and any other external parties deemed necessary for the success of HRRole RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong generalist knowledge and experience across core HR disciplines, and ability to execute tasks independently.Knowledge of employment laws and keeping abreast at all times.A passion to identify and secure exceptional talent. Must view the recruiting process not merely as filling a vacancy but as a critical strategic function essential to the firms growth.Proficient in multi-channel talent sourcing (systems, networks, referrals, etc)Strong analytical skillsStrong organizational skills, meticulous and ability to multitaskExcellent interpersonal skills. A person of great integrity and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft suites. Proficiency in other system/AI related tools is an added advantage.Qualifications And ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field and 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist, or HRBP role, with experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably covering multiple entities.
