Associate HR SpecialistAbout the CompanyMedtronic is a global leader in medical technology, engineering innovative therapies that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for millions of patients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Respond to employee and manager questions through hotline and email on time.Provide human resource administration and support across a variety of processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, data changes, reporting, etc.Ensure transactions are processed accurately and HR programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.Work under moderate supervision, making minor adjustments to methods and processes to drive continuous improvement.Communicate with internal customers (employees or managers) by answering questions and providing information that may require explanation or interpretation.Support ad-hoc cross-COE, cross-function, or global projects when requested.Required Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with HR internship experience are preferred.Flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing working environment; capable of multitasking.Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.Detail-minded in preparing reports and conducting data analysis; good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Strong passion for continuous process improvement, including adapting new technologies into systems or online channels.What We OfferA collaborative and people-focused cultureOpportunities to learn and grow within a global HR functionExposure to regional and global projectsComprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities
