Associate Lawyer Μ&Αs – Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure

We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits and an engaging working environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Main responsibilities ·        Structuring business transactions (M&A, project development).·        Day-to-day support to the companies and/or their investors.·        Corporate due diligence.·        Cooperating with associates of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc.·        Developing ongoing relationships with a prominent client base. Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics ·        Bachelor’s degree in law.·        Master’s degree in Business Law, Commercial & Corporate or another relevant field·        Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.·        Proven track record of 3-5 years in corporate and commercial law and/or transactions law.·        Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).·        Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail. Our offering At KG, the compensation program is designed to recognize and reward employees for their accomplishments and the value they bring to the firm.
