Junior Associate Lawyer – Project Development | Start Ups and Innovation

We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits and an engaging working environment with opportunities to learn and grow.Main responsibilitiesLegal support in the setting up of new companies (corporate matters, equity matters)Legal support in the drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements covering both sides of the teams’ activities (shareholders’ agreements, services agreements, share/asset transfer agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts., loans etc)Legal due diligence work (corporate, contractual, private and public tenders)Day-to-day legal advisory and project management support to the companies and/or their investorsTransaction support (M&A, project development) to senior team lawyerLegal project management of transactionsCooperation with lawyers of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc.Main Qualifications / Personal CharacteristicsBachelor’s Degree in LawMaster’s Degree will be considered a plusQualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece1-2 years of prior experience in corporate and commercial law and/or transactionsExcellent command of English (both oral and written)Familiarity will legal technology and good command of Microsoft programs will be appreciatedEagerness to learn, take initiative and responsibilityTeam spirit- willingness to work in teamsStrong work ethicsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Our offering At KG, the compensation program is designed to recognize and reward employees for their accomplishments and the value they bring to the firm.
