A.S. PAPADIMITRIOU & PARTNERS is a leading Athens-based law firm, trusted by businesses and individuals with complex legal matters. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal / Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to our law firm.  Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office ManagementManage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and correspondence.Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings, teams setup, catering and other arrangements.Document and folder management - copying, scanning, filing (electronic and physical) and ensuring records are up-to-date and well-organized.Review and format Word and Excel documents.Enter and update client and case information in the firm’s CRM system.Make travel and accommodation arrangements.Support the overall efficiency and daily operations of the firm.Paralegal SupportManage client accounts: prepare, review and send statements of account, track billing, engagement letters and related documentation (in collaboration with the accounting department).Maintain the firm’s legal library: track new publications, communicate with publishers and assist with legal research and literature sourcing.Conduct legal research using legal databases (such as Nomos, Sakkoulas Online and Qualex).Coordinate and draft submission files for international legal directories, track deadlines and manage submission processes.Prepare correspondence and documentation for auditors.Business Development / Marketing SupportCreate and publish content for the firm’s website and social media.Coordinate seminars, summits and other events - including communication with organizers, materials and preparing speaker presentations (PowerPoint).Liaise with external marketing agencies and service providers.Maintain and update the firm’s profile on legal directories.Monitor and manage promotional and branding materials. Qualifications & SkillsExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.Education & Technical SkillsBachelor’s degree.Certified Paralegal Certificate (will be preferred) Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).Excellent knowledge of MS Office Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.Team-oriented mindset.High level of professional discretion and confidentiality. We offerWe provide our employees with all necessary tools and facilities to develop and perform at the highest level.
